Can I cancel my order?
- You have 24 hours to cancel. If you cancel outside this time frame and we have already completed your order, you will not be refunded.
- KC Original Creations may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur to determine if you would like to alter your order
How long until I receive my order?
- We keep in stock a majority of the items needed, however we do sometimes have to order certain supplies. For most shirts we have a turnaround time of 5-7 days, but if certain items are out of stock or unavailable, we will reach out to you for an alternative or extended time frame. For most home decor pieces we have a 1-2 week processing time which means it can take up to 2 weeks for an item to ship. This is because each item is hand sanded, stained or painted and then customized. If you need an item sooner it is important to leave a message in special instructions at check out. We will try our best to get this to you by the requested date, and may reach out to you if an additional fee is required.
Can I return my order?
- We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to pay for the return to send the item back. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do NOT offer return for shirts that are 2xl and up as well as extra tall. There are also no returns for custom products (this includes special orders/requests and personalized items). Custom Products also include being able to select a specific shirt or vinyl color

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to also send photos when emailing us .
Do the colors of the shirts/vinyl look exactly the same in person?
- No. Each computer projects the colors differently so what you receive in person may be slightly different. If you have any questions about a specific color please reach out and we'd be happy to try and help you find the exact color you are looking for.

I noticed you no longer have some items, will they come back in stock?
- Some items are limited and a special offer and may not return. We also offer one of a kind pieces that typically sell out quickly. If you are looking for a specific item, please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do!
