Processing Time

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside of our control once your package has been shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the South Jersey area. If you'd like to arrange local pickup, please contact us before placing your order or select the local pickup option during checkout if available. If you already ordered and would like to pick up local, please contact us so we can refund your shipping and arrange a pick up.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate gifting, fundraising, and bulk orders may have different production and shipping timelines depending on order size and customization requirements. We'll work closely with you to establish a timeline that meets your needs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. KC Original Creations is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and determine the best solution.

International Shipping
